Fiber abrasion machine

The fiber abrasion tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the relevant requirements of "Appendix L Granular Wood Fiber Screening and Abrasion Test Methods" in the traffic industry standard JT/T 533-2020 "Fibers for Asphalt Pavements". This abrasion meter puts the granular wood fiber in the grinding system to grind for a specified time, and the vibrating screen system starts to work to screen the ground fiber, and then complete the quality analysis of the granular wood fiber after grinding and sieving.

Main technical features

1. It is composed of grinding system, vibrating screen system, control system and motor, and the whole machine is integrated design.

2. It adopts color touch screen control, real-time display of test information, human-computer interaction, and simple operation.

3. It has safety protection devices for the inlet and outlet to ensure the safety of the operator.

4. The working motor is equipped with a brake device to enhance the safety protection of the instrument.

5. The vibrating sieve system runs stably without noise.

5. The special feed port design ensures that the wear cavity is round, and the grinding is more adequate.
