Fiber Automatic Sop-type Thermal Extraction Apparatus

SYD-XW4 fiber automatic cable thermal extraction instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the relevant requirements of the transportation industry standard JT/T 533-2020 "fiber for asphalt pavement" in "appendix M granulator content and rotary viscosity test party", and also needs to be applied to "appendix D oil absorption rate test method". This instrument adopts cable extraction technology, integral metal bath heating mode, can complete heating extraction, leaching, solvent recovery work at the same time, is a complete function, easy to use fiber automatic cable thermal extraction instrument.

Note 1: For the test in Appendix M, the Brookfield rotational viscometer is also required to jointly complete the granulating agent content and rotational viscosity test of the granular wood fiber.

Note 2: For granular wood fibers in "Appendix D Test Method for Oil Absorption", hot extraction is required to remove the granulating agent.

6. The solvent can be automatically recovered, which is convenient to use and high in test efficiency.
