High temperature cleaning machine

This instrument is a high-temperature cleaning instrument dedicated to cleaning various internal and external organic substances remaining in high-temperature resistant (greater than 800°C) glassware, metal test appliances, etc. It is suitable for cleaning up road asphalt, petroleum products and other residues left on various test vessels and utensils in physical and chemical tests.

This instrument is suitable for cleaning utensils, including: beakers for asphalt and oil samples, sample bottles, pycnometers, pyrolysis flasks, distillation flasks, necked flasks, various capillaries, etc.; and needle penetration sample containers, softening point sample ring, ductility test mold, film heating sample tray, aging oven sample tray, etc.

Special reminder: The residues in the physical and chemical tests of road asphalt, petroleum products, etc. do not include flammable solvent oils such as gasoline, kerosene, and trichloroethylene!

Main technical features

1. Volatilize the remaining organic matter inside and outside glassware and metal utensils through pyrolysis to achieve the purpose of removal. Green and environmental protection, maintain the health of operators;

2. The working chamber has a large volume, which can clean 16 film heating trays, or 8 asphalt aging trays, or 6 800ml beakers, or 5 sets of penetration, softening point and ductility test molds at the same time;

3. The residue removal effect is good, and there is no sample residue inside and outside the cleaned metal utensils and glassware;

4. The cleaning time is short, generally within 2 hours to complete the cleaning, saving time and effort;

5. The use of aerospace heat insulation materials has good heat insulation performance and is safe to use.
