Characteristics:

1. Main body adopts rectangular double-layer structure. Inner layer is high quality 06Cr19Ni10 stainless steel and outer layer is pressure vessel steel plate Q235-B. Both layers are welded by adopting automatic welding technology. Inner layer is treated with special mechanical process and chemical surface technology.

2. The control system uses PLC + touch screen microcomputer automatic control, using a graphical man-machine interface terminal, timely sterilization process status display, simple and intuitive. The system is stable, precise temperature control, improved sterilization records and print functions.

3. Piping system made of stainless-steel piping, pumps and domestic brands of imported valves, ensure that the equipment is reliable.

4. There are single and double gates of choice, the use of radial seal door latch locking structure, configuration, safety interlocks, easy to operate. Seals with high temperature, elastic silicone rubber durable.

5. Comes the steam generator with automatic water, low water level control and automatic power-off protection.

6. An outer casing made of stainless steel or steel plate spray, nice, dustproof and waterproof insulation, enabling to improve the working environment.

7. With the verification device, in line with GMP requirements.

8. The product according to the latest national standard GB8599-2008 and reference to the US FDA and the European standards EN285, EC / 97/23 standard sterilization equipment production requirements.

9. Stand-alone device with optional bar code scanning equipment and a network interface, can be easily linked into the traceability system, the package of instruments, such as a single instrument traceable quality management. With a computer monitor interface enables remote network monitoring.
