Characteristics:

1. Main body adopts rectangular double-layer structure. Inner layer is high quality 06Cr19Ni10 stainless steel and outer layer is pressure vessel steel plate Q235-B. Both layers are welded by adopting automatic welding technology. Inner layer is treated with special mechanical process and chemical surface technology.

2. The control system uses PLC + touch screen microcomputer automatic control, using a graphical man-machine interface terminal, timely sterilization process status display, simple and intuitive. System is stable, precise temperature control, improved sterilization records and print functions.

3. Piping systems made of stainless-steel tubes, vacuum pumps and valves are made of well-known brands, to ensure reliable operation of equipment.

4. Single and double gates of choice, seal the door with electric lift, locking and cogs pneumatic seal structure, configuration, safety interlock protection, simple operation. Seals with high temperature and elastic silicone rubber, durable.

5. The outer casing made of stainless steel, beautiful, dustproof and waterproof insulation, enabling to improve the working environment.

6. With the verification device, in line with GMP requirements.

7. The product according to the latest national standard GB8599-2008 and reference to the US FDA and the European standards EN285, EC / 97/23 standard sterilization equipment production requirements.

8. Stand-alone device with optional bar code scanning equipment and a network interface, can be easily linked into the traceability system, the package of instruments, such as a single instrument traceable quality management. There are computer monitor with interface enables remote network monitoring.
