This instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements specified in T 0629-2011 "Asphalt Fracture Performance Test (Direct Tension Method)" in the People's Republic of China industry standard JTG E20-2011 "Highway Engineering Asphalt and Asphalt Mixture Test Regulations". The direct tensile test method is used to detect the failure strain and failure stress performance of asphalt.

This instrument is suitable for the fracture performance test of the original asphalt, the asphalt film after the oven test (RTFOT) and the asphalt pressure aging vessel (PAV). It is an ideal asphalt fracture performance test instrument for various asphalt production enterprises, highway pavement construction enterprises, testing units, relevant scientific research institutes, universities and colleges.

 

Main technical features

1. Desktop structure, single-chip microcomputer control, stepper motor drive, color touch screen operation, inject intelligent control elements.

2. Adopt a single-chip microprocessor as the main controller to realize the intelligence and automation of the asphalt fracture performance test process.

3. The 800×480 color LCD touch screen is used to complete the input and output of test information through the touch screen.

4. The color LCD touch screen displays the test tension, displacement, and temperature parameters in real time. After the test, the failure stress and failure strain values are automatically calculated, and the test results are displayed on the display screen.

5. The temperature balance system is composed of the dual compressor overlay combination and heater assembly, which automatically controls the test temperature to meet the low temperature conditions required for the asphalt fracture performance test.
