Road Coring Machine

This instrument is designed to obtain high-quality cylindrical core specimens of asphalt mixtures in accordance with the requirements for asphalt mixture specimens in the People’s Republic of China industry standard JTG E20-2011 "Highway Engineering Asphalt and Asphalt Mixture Test Regulations" Special core machine for road surface manufactured. This instrument can be used for highway pavement construction, construction, maintenance, project supervision, quality inspection and other units and departments; and related colleges and research institutes, to drill accurate and qualified cylindrical core specimens of asphalt pavement mixture.

This instrument is compact in structure, small in size, easy to move, and convenient to operate. It is the selected instrument for on-site coring of asphalt mixture pavement by related units.

2. The drill bits of various specifications can be purchased or customized according to the specifications of the test piece.

3. The core bit is made of synthetic diamond, with high hardness, good quality and durability.

4. With an onboard water pump, it can feed water cooling while drilling, and effectively complete road core coring.

5. Equipped with power equipment with high power, high core-taking efficiency, and low wear relative to the drill bit.

6. Strong adaptability, can drill cylindrical test pieces on the pavement of national grade highways and high-grade highways.
