Load Wheel Rolling Tester

The instrument is in accordance with People's Republic of China Ministry of Transportation standards JTG E20-2011 Standard Test Methods for Bitumen and Bituminous Mixtures for Highway Engineering in T 0755-2011 " Slurry mixture load wheel sticky sand test " provisions of the design and manufacture of it.  Suitable for controlling the upper limit of the amount of asphalt in the slurry mixture, and determining the optimum asphalt content of slurry mixture with wet wheel wear test.

I.  Main technical features

1. Floor-standing structure, novel design, reasonable structure and easy to use.

2. The number of times of rolling during the test is set by the operator in advance, and the instrument will automatically count when it is working, and the counting will stop when the count value is equal to the set value, and the instrument will stop working.

3. The split counterweight can be easily loaded and unloaded.

4. Equipped with a hand-cranked jack for easy assembly and disassembly of samples.
