Automatic Wheel-Track Tester (Single wheel of scientific research)

This instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of T0719-2011 "Asphalt Mixture Rutting Test" in the industry standard of the People's Republic of China JTG E20-2011 "Highway Engineering Asphalt and Asphalt Mixture Test Regulations". It is suitable for measuring the high temperature (immersion or non-immersion) anti-rutting ability of asphalt mixture, and is used for the high temperature (immersion or non-immersion) stability test of the asphalt mixture ratio design. It can also be used for the high temperature stability of the on-site asphalt mixture test.

Main technical features

1. The whole machine is a floor-standing structure, with a special inclined operation control platform designed for clear observation and convenient operation.

2. It adopts built-in combined control unit and standard A4 format printer on board, automatic control of test process and automatic printing of test results.

3. It is designed with independent test wheel pressure automatic loading and automatic test technology, which can independently set the required pressure value, automatically adjust the loading pressure, and display the test wheel pressure value in real time during the test to ensure that the test is completed under accurate pressure conditions.

4. Real-time display of time and displacement, time and temperature curve during the test, providing research basis for users to study the rutting characteristics of asphalt mixture.

5. The working room adopts an external circulation heating method and is designed with an air circulation system to ensure that the test is completed under the condition of a uniform temperature field.

6. The anti-blocking protection function of the test wheel motor and the protection function of the heating and overheating system are designed to maximize the reliability of the instrument.

7. It is designed with the display function of common failures of the instrument, and the correct handling and solutions can be obtained by querying the "help" interface.

8. The mechanical structure adopts wheel motion, which is the same as that of foreign products, and the test data is closer to the actual situation.

This instrument is a single-wheel, scientific research type rutting tester, which can be used for immersion or non-immersion rutting test of the trial mold.
