Electronic liquid density meter

U-tube oscillating density meter, electronic liquid density meter is based on the principle of different oscillating frequency when the double U-tube is filled with different media. After pumping the sample into the resonance tube sensor, the measurement data is processed by the single chip microcomputer, it features fast direct, and has high sensitivity. It consists of a dual tuning fork density sensor, vibrating tube circuit, temperature measuring circuit, CPU, display, constant temperature bath, liquid inlet pump and control panel.

Features:

1. Constant temperature control: The thermostat is used to control the sensor, its components and sample liquid in the constant temperature tank. The temperature sensor detects the temperature of the oscillation tube (sample liquid). The temperature in the constant temperature bath is stable within the range of 20 ° C ± 0.1 ° C.

2. Directly display the density value of the liquid at 20 ℃, and have a temperature display window.

3. Automatic sampling: adopting single-chip microcomputer to control stepper motor to drive the peristaltic pump to suck samples, which improves the degree of automation

4. Data storage and transmission: Built-in storage chip, can store 80 sets of test data, and can be recalled and deleted. Can be connected to the computer through the 232 interfaces according to user requirements (customized).

5. Calibration function: Calibrate the instrument by 20 ℃ pure water as a standard which is not available for glass densitometer.

Test steps:

Insert the liquid inlet tube into the liquid sample and press the "Sampling" key. The sample liquid is sucked into the vibration cylinder by the liquid inlet pump. After the temperature is constant, the density of the liquid is displayed directly after the alarm.
