Summary

The instrument is designed and made as per the Industrial Standard of People’s Republic of China SH/T0090-1991(2000) Standard Test Method for Freezing Point of Engine Coolant. It is suitable for the determination of the freezing point of jet fuel, engine coolant and its concentrated liquid. It is a multi-purpose automatic freezing point tester.

 

Features

1. The instrument consists of refrigeration system, industrial control upper computer control system, embedded hardware control system, electromechanical stirring system, cold bath test observation system, frame structure shell system etc.

2. The refrigeration system adapts the cascade refrigeration, temperature down to -70 C in short time and the temperature control precision up to ±0.5, meet the requirements of standards for freezing point test. The system can test sample 2 pcs, and get the parallel test result. And the SS bath is with double walls vacuum heating glass observation window, constant temperature, no fog no frost, suitable to test monitation.

3. Special motor drives the test stirring sets to move up and down in direction line.

4. The tester can catch the freezing point automatically. And the operator can right see the temperature change and the turning point in the main working space via temperature curve as per the freezing point temperature rise again characteristics.

5. The bath temperature of tester is lower 28 C than the preset freezing point, and controlled by system automatically. no need any more manual operation
