Residual fuel oil total sediment tester

This instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the People’s Republic of China SH/T 0701 Residual Fuel Oil Total Sediment Determination Method (Hot Filtration Method) and SH/T0702 Residual Fuel Oil Total Sediment Determination Method (Aging Method).

Applies to:

1. In accordance with the requirements of SH/T 0701 standard, determine the total sediment in residual fuel oil with a viscosity of less than 55mm²/s at 100°C and distillate fuel oil blended with residual components.

2. According to the requirements of SH/T 0702 standard, the stability of oil products during storage and transportation can be predicted by measuring the tendency of residual fuel oil to form precipitation.

This instrument is basically equivalent to the technical requirements of ISO 10307-1 and ISO 10307-2 standards, IP375 and IP390 standards.

Main technical features

6. Standard automatic electric heating steam generator, with mechanical pressure control device, steam output pressure safe and stable. Equipped with built-in and external double safety valve, double safety guarantee.

7. Standard oil-free vacuum pump, without any working medium, easy to use and pollution-free.

8. Standard thermostatic magnetic stirrer, heating temperature and stirring speed can be adjusted.
