Application:

PT-HY4661 Carbon Black Content Tester is used to determine the carbon black content of polyolefin compositions. The principle is: pyrolysis of a specified quantity of mixture at a specified temperature in a stream of nitrogen for a certain time and calcination at a specified temperature; Calculation of the carbon black content from the difference in mass before and after calcination and pyrolysis. This machine conforms to ISO 6964, ASTM D1603, GB/T 2951.41, GB/T 13021, JTG E50 T1165, etc.
